“Apple in hot water over exploding iPhones and iPods”

Your iPhone may be the ‘hottest’ piece of technology you own, but overheating lithium batteries can soon put an end to that!

More cases of overheating, cracking and exploding iPhones and iPods have come to light.  Many Apple tried to “hush up” saying the incidents were isolated.

Most recently there have been half a dozen cases reported in France and Apple faces an official enquiry into the matter.

Doesn’t sound too “isolated”, sounding a bit too regular!

I guess with the amount of extra iPhones sold in Australia recently and with summer approaching, it’ll be something to look out for.  But don’t ‘keep your eye on it’. We know it’s all fun and games until someone loses an eye.
