“Optus users should be going to Optus and seeking some sort of compensation”

Testing on mobile devices has found the poor performance only effects Apple’s iPhone. According to one independent testing report, the problem is worst on Optus’ network.

Reception with iphone 3GS on Optus network inside my home is absolutely abysmal, but fine once I move outside.

Have never had this problem before.

It’s a disgrace.

Surely Optus can fix this?

Will they?
